The Design Mommy

My name is Amanda. I currently reside in Los Angeles, California. I have been an interior design "student" for 8 years now. (4 years in a traditional school, 4 years + of learning in the field), as well as 3 years of consulting experience thereafter. I say that I am still a student because I am always learning and picking up new ideas and or principles in my field; that is one reason why I love interior design so much, you never stop learning!

I am particularly passionate when it comes to children's decor and the creativity and or innovation that generally pertain to these themed accessories and products. I have so much fun creating functional and fun spaces for my children, and enjoy sharing my endeavors with other parents.
